At Calzoro, we aim to deliver your footwear quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.
Orders are processed only on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Time
Once your order is shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 business days
- Remote Locations: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotional orders.
- Standard shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via:
- SMS or WhatsApp (if enabled)
You can use this tracking ID to monitor your shipment in real time.
5. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times at your provided address.
If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be returned to our warehouse. Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
6. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
Calzoro will not be responsible for:
- Delays caused by incorrect address information
- Failed delivery due to unreachable contact number
- Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
7. Delays in Delivery
While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:
- Courier service disruptions
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays or peak seasons
- Unforeseen logistical issues
We appreciate your patience in such cases and will keep you updated on your order status.
8. International Shipping
Currently, Calzoro primarily offers shipping within India. International shipping (if available) will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
9. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date
- We will coordinate with our logistics partner to resolve the issue
- Eligible cases may be replaced or refunded
