1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The product is returned with all original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories.
- The product shows no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
- A valid proof of purchase or order number is provided.
Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
- Products returned without original packaging or tags.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Gift cards, if applicable.
- Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- An incorrect item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and your order details. Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Once approved, return the product as instructed.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
5. Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Size-related issues
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect products received
Exchange requests are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process after delivery.
To request cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
8. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, Calzoro will bear the return shipping cost.
- For other eligible returns, return shipping charges may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
